If you are not satisfied, our straightforward returns and exchanges policy is designed for your convenience.

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

  • You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, and uninstalled condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Please Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Carpet Padding and Door Mats are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the original packaging has been opened. Custom-cut products (e.g., from our Cut to Length service) are also non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Team: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. You may use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without an RMA number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely repackage the item(s) in the original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation inside the box. Ship the package to the address provided by our team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Refund Timeline and Method

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving and approving your returned item.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or PayPal’s processing times.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
