We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colors, textures, or details will exactly match the physical product.

Custom Products

Our “Cut to Length” service creates custom products tailored to your specifications. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the original packaging has been opened.

3. Order and Payment Terms

Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an acceptance of your order but confirmation that we have received it. Acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch the products to you.

Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Shipping

We ship to most regions worldwide, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch (not available to all Asian and some remote regions)

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery

You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and notifying us of any visible damage within 48 hours. If no notification is received within this timeframe, the products will be deemed accepted in good condition.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility

Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused, and uninstalled condition with all tags and packaging intact. A valid proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged once their original packaging has been opened:

• Carpet Padding
• Door Mats
• All custom-cut products from our “Cut to Length” service

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our team within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] with your order number and reason
2. Wait for our customer service to provide a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Securely repackage the item(s) in original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation
4. Ship to the address provided by our team

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and approving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or PayPal to process the refund.
